AION's Jordanian website operations are administered through Silver Touch Software Development Company, registration number 200200904, Amman, Jordan.

When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, organisation, role or department if provided, and message content. The website infrastructure may also process basic technical information such as IP addresses and request logs for security and operations.

We use enquiry data to respond to your message, assess the requested engagement, protect the form from misuse, and maintain appropriate operational and security records. We do not use contact-form content to make banking or credit decisions.

The website uses Cloudflare for hosting and delivery infrastructure, Resend to send email notifications, and Supabase for server-side storage of contact submissions when configured. Each provider processes data for its assigned role under its terms and security controls.

We retain enquiry data only for as long as needed to respond, manage the relationship, and meet reasonable legal and operational requirements. The need for continued retention is reviewed periodically.

Access to form submissions is limited to authorised people and systems that need it for the stated purpose. Server-side access controls and encrypted connections are used to protect data in transit.

The website currently installs no analytics tool or marketing cookies. A language preference may be stored in your browser's local storage. If analytics or cookies are introduced later, this policy will be updated and an appropriate consent mechanism will be added where required.

We do not sell personal information. Hosting, email, and storage providers may process data outside Jordan. Where an international transfer occurs, appropriate contractual and technical arrangements are used in line with applicable requirements.

Depending on the law that applies, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of your personal information, or object to its processing. Submit your request through our Contact Us page with enough detail for us to verify and respond to it.
